Hendersonville - Terry Ketcham

Updated: Feb 13, 2019

Terry Ketcham always shows up with a kind word and tools in hand whenever there is work to be done. Giving close to 100 hours of volunteer time, in addition to committee work, Terry is well known as a fixer. His passion for trains has translated to even the smallest of details at the Historic Depot train displays, and he even bought his own cart to transport the oversize event tent for Rhythm & Brews. From committee meetings to events, Terry's can-do attitude, hands-on skills, and organizational abilities are highly valued! He routinely puts up and takes down banners for all our downtown events and personally welcomes the yearly Local Market vendors with fresh coffee and donuts. When the list of volunteer spots for an event opens, Terry doesn't stop at signing up for one or two times slots; he signs up for the entire day from set-up to tear-down!

For these reasons and more, we are proud to name Terry Ketcham as our North Carolina Main Street Champion.
