Denise Hendrix is a life-long resident of Mocksville who tirelessly chairs and helps organize the annual “Twas The Night Before Bed Race”. She began as the chairperson of the committee at the very first Bed Race and continues to lend her creative talents, time and hard work each year.
Denise has helped recruit teams, assisted with the race planning as well as co-hosting volunteer and team meetings each year. Her persistence, presence and hard work has helped to grow the popularity of participating in the race every single year as well as increasing the awareness of the Bed Race and Historic Downtown Mocksville.
