Oxford Partners with Granville County Public Schools During the Holidays

Local Students Support Oxford's Holiday Theme

During the 2018 holiday season, Oxford set a goal to make downtown a "parent-family destination". The community formed a partnership between Granville County Public Schools and local downtown business owners.

The partners wanted to utilize local student's artwork to support Oxford's holiday theme "Snow Place Like Home, Oxford NC". Students in the school system created beautiful snowflakes. The downtown businesses displayed the snowflakes in their storefronts, creating a "Snowflake Art Walk". Families visited downtown to look for each student's snowflake and see the amazing talent within the Granville County Public Schools.
