2025 NC Main Street Conference

As you know, last year we had 800 participants attend the annual conference to learn the latest trends in downtown revitalization. Our exhibitors and sponsors play an important role at the conference. They showcase what they offer to our downtown communities and build relationships with downtown decision makers. These partners take advantage of aligning themselves with the state conference to develop future business leads.

Conference Facts:

  • The NC Main Street Conference is the largest statewide conference in the United States.

  • Our primary audience is downtown professionals, municipal elected officials, and their staff, property and business owners, downtown revitalization volunteers and other professionals interested in downtown development. 

  • The conference is our major educational event and is the only downtown revitalization conference held in our state. It attracts approximately 800 attendees annually. 

  • Typically, more than 140 communities from across the state and of all sizes are represented. Often, we have registrants from neighboring states.

  • Many of our attendees are on restricted budgets and this is the one event that they plan on attending because of its educational and networking value. Our partners help us to produce a high-quality event at a reasonable cost for our attendees. 

 

Deadlines:  Very Important - Please Read Carefully

Once you sign up, we will send you an invoice.  We ask that you pay the invoice via credit card.  If you must send in a check, please email Naomi Riley.  The deadlines below are hard deadlines.  On November 16th we will verify our list of sponsors and exhibitors who have paid.  In the event we have a waiting list, we will need to allow others to sign up if payment is not received. 

  • October  1, 2024:   Sign Up Deadline​

  • November 15, 2024:  Payment RECEIVED 

  • Everyone MUST go through this portal for your submission.  Even if you have the same information as last year, you must upload you logo and information this year.
